THE SIGNATURE COLLECTION - For images of this quality it can take several hours to create the perfect image. We utilize extensive professional lighting equipment and shoot just before sunset to capture the views as well as the twilight hour to create a warm and dramatic mood that highlights the architectural features.

1-exterior, 1-great room, 1-kitchen, 1-dining room, 1-master bedroom, 1-master bathroom, 1-game/media room, views. |

THE PREMIUM COLLECTION - This collection of photographs are designed specifically for mid to lower priced real estate. We typically shoot these during the day and balance the inside light with the outside light via professional studio lighting.
What to expect:
1-exterior, 1-great room, 1-kitchen, 1-dining room, 1-master bedroom, 1-master bathroom, 1-game/media room. |

THE LANDSCAPE COLLECTION - For dramatic photography of the landscape and views. We capture the land in its best possible light, your choice, morning sun or evening sun. For these shoots we use a variety of filters and post-production enhancements to make the images vibrant and full of color.
What to expect:
About 10-20 images of the land and views.

| ADDITIONAL SERVICES: |
| 24/7 ACCESSABILITY It happens all too often. A marketer calls you that has a last minute spot available at a discounted rate and you want to jump on the opportunity, now if you could just find those photographs. We will put all of your images online accessible to you through your profile page. This service is included with any photoshoot. |
DIGITAL IMPROVEMENTS All of the images include color correction and enhancement adjustments, however, sometimes the grass is not green enough or the river water is not blue enough, or there was a construction fence in the neighboring yard. There will be additional charges for changing these items. This service is billed hourly at $75 per hour. |

HOURLY SHOOT RATES We know that sometimes packages don't work out just right for the property that needs to be shot. Photography services are offered at a per hour charge. There is also drive time and post production time in addition to the actual shoot time. |
