Developed to engage the viewer and provide contact information for retaining business. This site has several dynamic aspects and is highly sophisticated.

RAIFIE.COM This site is a custom designed real estate website. This site features fully CUSTOM and dynamic flash elements, video feeds, CUSTOM Aspen MLS search, Raifies portfolio of SOLDS and a blog driven by Word Press integrated into his site. There is a also a new listing request feature that sends emails to clients who have signed up. The first time you visit this site a introductory flash video of Ramified Bass will welcome you to the site. The next time you visit the site, the introductory is bi-passed and directed to the home page. There is also tracking software fully integrated throughout the site to track visitors. Raifie receives a detailed monthly report on his site traffic.

THE ASPEN MOUNTAIN RESIDENCE. This real estate website was developed for a property currently under construction. This site is an online "commercial" intended to get the viewer to call the listing broker for more information. The domain address is promoted in all print advertising.
ASPEN LONG TERM RENTALS. This site is for an Aspen property rental company. Designed for ResortQuest and Coates | Reid | Waldron rental devision. The function of the site was to lead people from newspaper classified ads onto the website to view pictures of the property being offered for rent. Contact email is provided through the site.
